Applications: Metal shields, SIM card trays, and precision connector terminals in electronic products; precision contacts, sensor components, airbag connectors in automobiles; and any other product requiring small, precise metal components.

Product Processing: This metal stamping die set utilizes full 3D design software. Precision cutting edges and shaped holes are machined for the punch and die using wire EDM. High-precision arcs and contours are machined using optical grinding. The die base and cavity of the template are then precision milled using CNC milling. After heat treatment and surface treatment, and dimensional confirmation by the quality department, all parts are meticulously assembled by hand by a skilled fitter. Trial molds and fine-tuning are performed on a high-speed punch press until a perfect prototype is produced.
